Terms & Conditions — bet2bet Platform

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all use of the bet2bet website, mobile browser interface, and any associated services offered through the platform. By creating an account, logging in, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise engaging with any feature of the bet2bet platform, you agree to these Terms unconditionally.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall legal framework governing your use of bet2bet. In the event of a conflict between these documents, these Terms and Conditions shall take precedence unless otherwise stated.

bet2bet reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Notice of material changes will be communicated through the platform interface. Continued use of bet2bet following publication of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

Use of the bet2bet platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You are at least 21 years of age, as required under PAGCOR regulations governing online casino and sports betting in the Philippines.
• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) accessing the platform for personal entertainment purposes.
• You are accessing the platform from within the Philippines or from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction that expressly prohibits online gambling.
• You are not an employee, officer, director, contractor, or immediate family member of bet2bet or any of its affiliated service providers.
• You have not previously been self-excluded or had your account suspended or terminated by bet2bet for violations of these Terms.

By registering an account with bet2bet, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements listed above. Providing false information during registration is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.

Each player may hold only one (1) active account on the bet2bet platform. Creating multiple accounts, whether under the same or different names, is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

Registration Requirements

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to:

• Full legal name as it appears on a valid government-issued ID
• Date of birth
• Valid email address
• Philippine mobile number
• Residential address within the Philippines

KYC Verification Documents

To activate full account functionality, including withdrawals, bet2bet requires submission of the following KYC documents:

• Primary ID: Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, PhilHealth ID, Voter's ID, Driver's License, or Philippine National ID (PhilSys)
• Proof of Address: Utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last three (3) months
• Payment Method Verification: Screenshot or confirmation of the GCash or PayMaya account registered in the player's name

bet2bet may request additional documents at its discretion for enhanced due diligence purposes. Failure to provide requested documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension or withdrawal delays.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bet2bet account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number or email address.

You agree not to share your account credentials with any third party, including family members. bet2bet accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. Any wager placed through your account — whether by you or any other person using your credentials — is your sole responsibility.

In the event of suspected unauthorized access to your account, you must notify bet2bet immediately by contacting our support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. bet2bet will not be liable for losses incurred as a result of unauthorized access that arises from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

bet2bet accepts deposits via the following payment channels available to players in the Philippines:

• E-Wallets: GCash, PayMaya
• Online Banking: BPI, BDO, Metrobank
• Over-the-Counter: 7-Eleven, Cebuana Lhuillier

The minimum deposit amount is ₱50 for GCash and PayMaya transactions. Minimum deposits for bank transfer and over-the-counter channels may differ; current minimums are displayed on the deposit page within your account dashboard.

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in the player's own name. Third-party deposits — that is, deposits funded from an account belonging to a different person — are strictly prohibited and will be flagged for investigation. bet2bet reserves the right to reverse any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account and to suspend the receiving player account pending investigation.

Deposits are credited to your bet2bet wallet as follows:

• GCash / PayMaya: Near-instant, typically within 30 seconds
• Online Banking: Within 30 minutes during banking hours
• Over-the-Counter: Within 2 hours of confirmed payment, subject to branch operating hours

bet2bet does not charge processing fees on deposits. However, your e-wallet or bank provider may impose their own transaction fees, which are outside bet2bet's control.

Withdrawals are available only to players who have completed KYC verification. Unverified accounts may deposit and play but cannot withdraw until identity verification is complete.

Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible, as part of bet2bet's anti-money laundering (AML) compliance procedures. Where the original deposit method does not support withdrawals, the player must contact support to arrange an alternative compliant withdrawal channel.

Withdrawal Processing Times

• GCash / PayMaya: Typically within 1 hour of approval
• BPI / BDO / Metrobank: 1–3 business days

Withdrawal requests are subject to a compliance review. bet2bet reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or high-value transactions, in compliance with PAGCOR AML requirements.

Minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. Maximum single withdrawal amounts and daily limits are displayed within your account dashboard and may vary based on your account verification level and transaction history.

bet2bet may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotions from time to time. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, which will be clearly communicated at the time the offer is presented.

General rules applicable to all bet2bet promotions include:

• Bonuses are available to one (1) account per player, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• Bonuses may not be combined unless explicitly stated in the promotion terms.
• bet2bet reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Players who are found to be abusing bonus systems — including through multi-accounting, arbitrage betting, or coordinated wagering strategies designed to exploit promotional offers — will have their bonuses cancelled, associated winnings forfeited, and accounts suspended.
• Wagering requirements, where applicable, must be met within the timeframe specified in the individual promotion's terms. Unmet wagering requirements at expiry will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any bonus-derived winnings.

bet2bet's decision regarding the interpretation of bonus terms and the eligibility of any player for any promotion is final and binding.

All games available on the bet2bet platform — including slot games, live casino table games, bingo, arcade-style games such as Dino Hunter, and esports betting markets — are subject to the rules of the respective game providers. Game-specific rules are accessible within each game environment.

bet2bet uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for applicable games. Live casino games are operated via streaming from licensed studio facilities. The integrity of all game outcomes is maintained by the respective game providers and is subject to independent audit.

In the event of a technical malfunction — including disconnection, server error, or interrupted game session — bet2bet will make reasonable efforts to reconstruct the game state from server logs. Where a fair resolution cannot be determined from available data, the affected stake may be refunded to the player's wallet at bet2bet's discretion. bet2bet's decision in such cases is final.

Players must not use automated bots, scripts, or software tools to play games or place bets on the bet2bet platform. Any account found to be using automated tools will be suspended immediately and all associated winnings forfeited.

All sports and esports bets placed on bet2bet are subject to the specific rules for the relevant sport or event type. Market-specific rules are available within the sportsbook section of the platform.

bet2bet reserves the right to void any bet that was placed at odds that were clearly erroneous due to a technical or human error (known as "palpable errors"). Where an obvious pricing error has occurred, affected bets will be settled at the correct market price, or voided and the stake refunded.

Dispute Resolution

If you believe a bet has been settled incorrectly or you have a complaint regarding any transaction, please follow this process:

1. Contact bet2bet support via live chat within your account dashboard, providing your account ID, the bet reference number, and a clear description of the dispute.
2. Our support team will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and provide a resolution within 5 business days for standard cases.
3. If you are not satisfied with the initial resolution, you may escalate the matter in writing to [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Dispute — [Your Account ID]".
4. Escalated disputes will be reviewed by bet2bet's compliance team within 10 business days.

All dispute decisions made by bet2bet's compliance team following the full escalation process are final and binding, subject to applicable PAGCOR regulatory oversight.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bet2bet platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using the platform while under 21 years of age, or assisting a minor in accessing the platform
• Opening more than one (1) account on the platform
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorized payment methods
• Money laundering or using bet2bet to process proceeds of illegal activity
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market
• Match-fixing, insider betting, or placing bets based on material non-public information
• Using automated bots, scripts, AI tools, or any software to play games or place bets
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain without reporting them to bet2bet
• Any form of harassment, abuse, or threatening behavior toward bet2bet staff or other players
• Attempting to circumvent bet2bet's responsible gaming tools, including self-exclusion

bet2bet cooperates fully with PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), and other relevant Philippine government authorities. Any suspected illegal activity detected on the platform will be reported in accordance with applicable law.

bet2bet is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling among all players. We provide the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from your account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum amount you are willing to lose over a defined period
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications when you have been playing for a defined duration

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the bet2bet platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not grant you any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute any content from the platform
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on platform content
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the platform
• Use the bet2bet brand, logo, or trademarks in any manner without prior written authorization

Any unauthorized use of bet2bet's intellectual property may result in civil and/or criminal liability under Philippine law and applicable international treaties.

bet2bet collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Philippines Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

Your personal data is used for the following purposes:

bet2bet shall not be liable for any of the following, whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings
• Loss of data or loss of access to your account due to events outside bet2bet's reasonable control
• Platform downtime, technical failures, or service interruptions caused by third-party infrastructure providers
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials
• Losses arising from your use of the platform in violation of these Terms
• Indirect consequences of gambling activity, including personal, financial, or relationship impacts

Nothing in these Terms limits bet2bet's liability for fraud, gross negligence, death, or personal injury caused by bet2bet's own proven misconduct, to the extent such liability cannot be excluded by law.

bet2bet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months
• Receipt of a court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement instruction
• At the player's own request

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, bet2bet will notify the player via their registered email address where legally permissible to do so. During a suspension, the player's wallet balance will be held and not accessible for play or withdrawal until the investigation is resolved.

Where termination results from a confirmed breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited in accordance with the specific circumstances of the breach. Where termination is at the player's request or due to platform closure, any verified balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Inactive accounts (no login or transaction for 12 consecutive months) may be subject to an inactivity fee of ₱50 per month, deducted from the remaining wallet balance, until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated. Players will be notified by email before inactivity fees commence.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

bet2bet operates under the regulatory oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Any matters of regulatory compliance or licensing are subject to PAGCOR's jurisdiction and applicable Philippine gaming laws and regulations.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the internal dispute resolution process described in Section 9 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

bet2bet may amend these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on the platform. Where changes are material — such as changes affecting player rights, payment processing rules, or responsible gaming obligations — bet2bet will provide at least 14 days' advance notice via a prominent notice on the platform and, where possible, by email to all registered players.

For non-material amendments, such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications, or minor formatting changes, the updated Terms will take effect immediately upon posting without advance notice.

Your continued use of the bet2bet platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must close your account and withdraw any remaining balance before the effective date.
